1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of GetBitcoinLoans (operated by GetBitcoinLoans (Pty) Ltd). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the separate loan agreement which applies if and when you take a loan.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, resident in South Africa, and able to pass our KYC checks. We may decline any application at our discretion.

3. Custody

BTC collateral is held in a 2-of-3 cold multisig operated by named individuals. We never broadcast transactions on your behalf without 2 key-holder approvals.

4. Liability + force majeure

Final text pending legal review.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use of the service after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
